A plan is billed on the first of each month for that same month of service. There is a one-time set up fee assessed upon initial sign up.

Billing cycle
* Setup fee due at the time of initial service sign up.
* Monthly billing begins on the 1st of the month following DDSD approval.
* Upgrade or cancellation of service will take effect on the 1st of the following month.
Other Products
* CE Templates – $50 per template (one time purchase)
* Report review and consultation (limited on provider type) – $25 billed in 15 minute increments, minimum billed 60 minutes.
